Difference between oxidation electrolytic coloring and organic coloring of aluminum parts

We can see all kinds of aluminum alloy products in our life, such as aluminum alloy doors and windows, handles, electrical decorative accessories, etc. some aluminum products have bright colors of various colors on the surface, which is very beautiful. These aluminum products are colored on the surface.

Generally speaking, the coloring of aluminum products is divided into four types:

■electrolytic coloring

■ electroplating coloring

■ organic dyeing

■ inorganic dyeing

black anodizing dye

Our common coloring methods are electrolytic coloring and organic coloring. Let's analyze the difference between the two.

In fact, the above four coloring methods are completed after anodizing of aluminum materials and before sealing holes. Because the surface of the anodized material will form dense oxide film pores, which is conducive to color adsorption. They differ in that:

1. The colorants are different. Metal salts are used as colorants in electrolytic dyeing and chemical dyes are used as colorants in organic dyeing.

2. The coloring principle is different. Electrolytic coloring is a physical method. In the electrified environment, metal ions are reduced and deposited in the pores of the oxide film in the form of colloidal particles. Organic coloring is the combination of physics and chemistry. Physical adsorption is the adsorption of molecules or ions by electrostatic force. Chemical adsorption is the adsorption by chemical methods.

3. The coloring effect of the two is different. The organic dyeing is fast and bright. It can be made into any color you want. It has certain corrosion resistance and pollution resistance. It is very suitable for indoor decoration and aluminum industrial products. The weather resistance, light resistance and service life of electrolytic colored aluminum products are much better than those of dyed materials. The color of electrolytic coloring is monotonous. Generally, there are only several colors such as bronze, black, golden yellow and jujube red. However, the colorful coloring products developed by Anden have a variety of colors, bright colors and gradual colors that are unforgettable.
