Tank liquid maintenance
1. In order to reduce the pollution of the tank liquid, the aluminum should be cleaned before entering the sealing tank. The PH value of the second washing tank should not be lower than 4.5, otherwise the PH value of the sealing tank will drop quickly, causing frequent adjustment of the PH value.
2. During normal production, analyze the concentration and PH value of the pore sealing agent in the tank liquid every day, Try to keep the PH above 6.5.
3. In order to recover the liquid in the tank, a secondary sealing tank is set after the hole sealing tank is constructed to recover the liquid in the tank, and the recovered liquid is spilt into the hole sealing tank for water replenishment.
4. Filtration system shall be arranged in the production tank to remove the sediment generated in the production process in time. If the requirements cannot be met, the sediment at the bottom of the tank shall be cleaned regularly.
