aluminum exhibition
Participating in this aluminium exhibition was a rewarding and inspiring experience for our chemical plant.
In terms of market trend insight, we clearly saw the close connection between the upstream and downstream industrial chain of the aluminium industry as well as the growing demand for high-quality chemical raw materials in the industry. The requirements for chemical products such as aluminium surface treatment agents and refining agents with special properties are becoming more stringent, not only in terms of their ability to enhance the performance of aluminium products, but also in terms of meeting new standards such as environmental protection and high efficiency. This makes us realise that the future R&D direction of the plant must closely match the needs of these high-end applications, and increase the R&D investment in new and green chemical auxiliaries in order to gain an advantage in the market competition.
During the customer interaction session, we gained valuable product feedback. Customers affirmed the stability of our existing aluminium processing additives, but also pointed out that there are deficiencies in the fine application guidance and personalized customization of the products. For example, different aluminium processing processes have slight differences in the additive amount and conditions of use of additives, and customers hope that we can provide more accurate and detailed technical support solutions. This makes us understand that it is crucial to strengthen the depth of technical cooperation with customers and establish a perfect pre-sale, in-sale and after-sale service system. We plan to set up a professional technical service team in the follow-up work, go deep into the customer's production line, tailor-made chemical additives for their use of the programme, in order to enhance customer stickiness and satisfaction.
The exchanges with peer enterprises also opened our eyes. Some advanced chemical enterprises demonstrated the application of intelligent production control system in chemical production, through automated equipment and big data analysis, to achieve accurate control of the production process, quality traceability and cost optimisation. In comparison, our factory still has more room for improvement in the degree of production automation and information management. This has prompted us to accelerate the pace of intelligent upgrading of our factories, introduce advanced automated production equipment and information management software such as ERP and MES to improve production efficiency, reduce labour costs and scrap rate, thus enhancing the overall competitiveness of the enterprise to better cope with the rapid changes in the market and the cost pressure.
The tightening trend of environmental protection policies and regulations also reminds us that we must continue to improve our production processes, reduce energy consumption and pollutant emissions, and develop environmentally friendly chemical products to ensure the sustainable development of our enterprises and to avoid the business risks brought by environmental protection issues.
All in all, this aluminium exhibition is an important turning point in the development path of our chemical plant. We will take this exhibition as an opportunity to deeply integrate the market demand, customer feedback, peer experience and industry trends and other aspects of information, comprehensively optimize the plant's R & D, production, sales and management system, to inject new vitality and momentum for the plant's sustained development in the field of aluminium chemical industry, and strive to stand out in the future market competition, to achieve the high quality of the enterprise and sustainable development goals.
